Own and configure the HaloPSA platform - workflows, automations, ticket types, service catalogues, templates, and integrations
Lead the migration from Jira, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to operational teams
Act as the go-to expert for all things HaloPSA, providing guidance and support across the organisation
