What you’ll be doing
- Operating and monitoring the asphalt plant to ensure consistent, high-quality production
- Carrying out daily plant checks, maintenance tasks and troubleshooting issues
- Coordinating with dispatch, transport and paving teams to meet production schedules
- Ensuring all plant operations comply with safety, environmental and quality standards
- Maintaining accurate production records and reporting any issues promptly
