Specialist Paver Operator

About The Role

This is a specialist role for an experienced paver operator who knows slipform inside out. You’ll be part of a civil team delivering concrete paving works, operating high‑spec machinery and playing a key role in achieving quality finishes on site.

• Operate slipform paving machines for concrete works across civil projects
• Deliver accurate, high‑quality paving to required tolerances and specifications
• Carry out daily plant checks and ensure equipment is maintained and safe to run
• Work closely with site teams to meet programme targets and sequencing
• Identify and manage on‑site challenges to keep paving operations running smoothly
• Contribute to a safe, organised and productive worksite

What You’ll Bring
