We are seeking an experienced Specialist/Team Lead – Career Services to lead placement outcomes for trainees across AI, Full Stack Development, Java, Cloud, other technology and Management domains. This role focuses on driving structured placement programs and delivering strong career outcomes for fresh graduates and early-career professionals within the Indian edtech and technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute on-campus, virtual, and hybrid placement drives in collaboration with training and academic teams.
• Own the end-to-end placement lifecycle including candidate screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, assessments, offer rollouts, and joining closure.
• Track, analyze, and report placement metrics such as offers, joins, compensation benchmarks, and employer engagement performance.
