As a member of the on-site services team, you provide technical support and operational excellence related to IT services.

How You Will Contribute

You will work with technology teams at global, regional, and in‑country levels to ensure that enterprise initiatives and supplier agreements are delivered to local markets cost‑effectively and with a high degree of customer satisfaction. You will oversee the vendors performing these services for Mondelēz and work closely with the wider IT team to ensure seamless alignment, providing overall leadership for IT field services in your area. These services support IT infrastructure setups, including networks, hosting, end‑user computing, printing, fixed and mobile voice services, and you will also work with vendors to ensure resource needs are met across the country or business unit.
