Specialist, Vendor Mgt & Ops Specialist

The Workforce Strategy & Movements (WSM) Team at Royal Caribbean Group is responsible for the scheduling, onboarding, travel, and expense management for all crew members working on the entire Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Silversea Cruises fleet. This is an immense 24-7 operation that encompasses over 200,000 crew movements each year with an annual budget exceeding $250M.

The Specialist, Vendor Mgt & Ops Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day logistical needs for crew movement and vendor management.
