Applications are invited for the position of Specialty Doctor in Oncoplastic Breast Surgery at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals Foundation Trust. This is a 6‑month post.

We anticipate the successful candidate will embrace all aspects of the speciality including surgery, audit, research, innovation and education. We welcome candidates who will work to expand the surgical repertoire of the team and drive clinical initiatives.

Main duties of the job

All surgeons practice Oncoplastic breast surgery (including therapeutic mammoplasty), lipo‑modelling and immediate breast reconstruction for mastectomy patients with pedicle flaps (LD and TRAM) and implant‑based reconstruction with biological mesh.
