Specialty Doctor in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
The closing date is 01 July 2026Applications are invited for a Specialty Doctor in a substantive full‑time post in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, based at Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful applicant would join a close-knit team of permanent staff of three Consultant Surgeons and four Trust Doctors (Specialty Doctor level) in the OMFS department. A special interest and previous experience of delivering a Paediatric Exodontia service would be beneficial.
The Specialty of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery sits within the Directorate provides services predominantly at Montagu but also at DRI and Rotherham General Hospital. Doncaster Royal Infirmary is the largest site and provides the base for all General emergency surgery. Major elective surgery. Elective/Emergency OMFS surgery is carried out at Rotherham District General Hospital.
