Specialty Doctor in Paediatrics (FY2)

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Specialty Doctor in Paediatrics to make a lasting difference to children with brain injury and neuro‑disability. You will gain unique experience in Paediatrics, Neurorehabilitation and the management of neuro‑disability. Previous experience in paediatric neurodisability is not required.

Main duties of the job

As a Specialty Doctor, you will be a key member of the Medical Team, providing clinical care for children with brain injury and neuro‑disability across The Children's Trust. You will assess new children under supervision, identify clinical risks, write medical reports, and provide regular medical support.

• Full professional GMC registration and licence to practice and an MBBS or equivalent.
• Strong clinical skills, combined with excellent child and family‑focused interpersonal skills.
