About the Role

We are seeking a substantive specialty doctor in Renal and General Internal Medicine to join our multidisciplinary team at University Hospital Monklands in Lanarkshire.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient renal services, including procedures, dialysis, and renal virtual ward activity.
• Offer general medical resident on‑call support.
• Participate in continuing medical education, governance, and departmental meetings.
• Collaborate on quality improvement, patient safety, medical education, research & development, and potential appraisal duties.

Qualifications & Skills

Applicants should be qualified specialty doctors in Renal and General Internal Medicine with a commitment to quality improvement, patient safety, and medical education.
