Specialty Doctor, Stroke Medicine - 7 Day Service

The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a Specialty Doctor in Stroke Medicine to enhance its stroke service and implement a 7-day working structure. This role offers 10 Programmed Activities, with involvement in stroke thrombolysis and weekend ward rounds.

The successful candidate will develop hyperacute stroke services, provide follow-up for stroke patients, and lead interdisciplinary team efforts. A strong background in Stroke and Elderly Care is essential, and the position also requires full GMC registration.
