Specialty Pharmacist

**Description:**
Routinely performs all the duties of a staff pharmacist but also utilizes a portion of their assigned work time to a specialty area within the pharmacy that provides direct support or training to other staff, data analytics and supporting pharmacy accreditation.
Trinity Health Pharmacy – Wege Center provides specialty pharmacy care for patients with rare and chronic health conditions which include but are not limited to HIV, Transplant and Oncology.
Education—

+ Minimum: Five-year Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy. Specialist in one or more areas of expertise within pharmacy.
+ Preferred: Advanced training in their area of specialty; completion of ASHP PGY1 residency

Credentials/Licensure—
