**Position Highlights**

+ Hybrid Work Model: 100% onsite during training, then transition to 2–3 days onsite per week (remaining days remote based on performance and business needs)
+ No Nights or Weekends: Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
