Specimen Collector - Phlebotomy (Floater)
The Specimen Collector - Phlebotomy (Floater) is responsible for collecting biological specimens (including blood) at client sites for the purpose of conducting scientific testing. Duties will include maintaining the integrity of the collection process, maintaining records for reporting purposes, obtaining initial insurance verification for billing purposes, and packaging the specimens for shipment.
Schedule: Monday 9:00 AM–12:00 PM with a floating afternoon if needed, Tuesday and Thursday floating, Wednesday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch across multiple locations, and Friday 9:00 AM–4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch, up to 35 hours per week Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Foster open communication between the client and Aegis Sales Management
- Follow the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sample collection
