Job Description
Butterfly Grove School is a premier independent school dedicated exclusively to the education and empowerment of students on the autism spectrum. The Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant provides direct student interaction, material preparation, and administrative support. Because we are a small school, flexibility and a passion for working across multiple grade levels are essential. The SLPA serves as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team, supporting students through direct therapy, classroom collaboration, and family consultation. Services may be delivered individually, in small groups, or through push-in support within the classroom, with a focus on building functional communication skills (using total communication) that generalize across the school day.
