Priority Care Rehab Staffing is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide home care services in Queens, NY. We are looking for a dedicated professional committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a home health setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech-language therapy services to patients in their homes
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation
  

Requirements

• Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Home care experience preferred
