Speech Language Pathologist - Per Diem / Hospital, NICU Experience

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Speech Language Pathologist - Per Diem / Hospital.

In this role, the successful candidate Assesses, provides, and documents speech, language, dysphagia, and related services to both inpatient and outpatient populations across the age spectrum. Evaluates, re-evaluates, plans, and implements individual treatment plans tailored to meet the needs of each individual patient.

Job Responsibilities:

Performs other duties as assigned.

Performs evaluations, re-evaluations, treatments, and client/family education for speech, language, swallowing, and related disorders. Administers and interprets specialized testing as required for both the inpatient and outpatient populations.

Ensures completion of patient records and other documentation according to federal, state, and hospital standards and regulations.
