Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position requires the responsibility of providing treatment in the inpatient setting. Speech Therapists are also responsible for providing treatment for individuals of all ages with communication, cognitive, and/or feeding and swallowing disorders.

The Speech Therapist will work with patients, initially evaluating them and establishing a plan of care. The Speech Therapist should be able to develop a plan of care using their skills as, identifying goals and ensuring patients are progressing and adapting the treatment plan according to progress and other applicable conditions.

SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION:

This position is a designated as “Safety Sensitive Position” under Act 593 of the State of

Arkansas. An employee who is under the influence of Marijuana constitutes a threat to
