 Renaissance Healthcare is looking for ST clinicians to join our rehabilitation department in University City as PRN staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Therapist Specific

•        Evaluates residents and develops appropriate care plans.

•        Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatments accordingly.

All Clinicians

•        Under a physician’s order, provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care. Treatment modalities may include: individual, concurrent, and group.

•        Provide excellent training for residents and caregivers.

•        Documents services provided within Rehab Optima on a timely basis.
