Responsibilities
- Provide professional consultation and treatment to patients.
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Adhere strictly to clinical protocols and procedures.
- Communicate therapy goals and care plans with patients and/or caregivers.
- Train and supervise therapy assistants to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Assist in organizing staff schedules and managing caseload coverage.
