Profile Summary

This role is for an Analyst position in the Sponsor Coverage & Leveraged Finance Department EMEA (SCLF) of Mizuho International plc., based in London. SCLF's remit is origination and execution of leveraged finance transactions, participation (during syndication) in selected leverage finance transactions arranged by other institutions as well as the support of asset management/portfolio management of Mizuho Bank and its managed account platform Stratum. The team also executes infrastructure transactions pursued by its sponsor clients. The Origination Team is responsible for the coverage effort of private equity and institutional clients in Europe.
