You will oversee strength and conditioning for 10 varsity teams while managing a team of Human Kinetics interns. Your role is critical in ensuring athletes reduce injuries and achieve peak performance through tailored programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create sport-specific training programs
• Monitor athlete performance and adjust programs accordingly
• Provide assessments and feedback to the coaching team
• Collaborate with sports medicine for injury prevention
