Sports Wagering Compliance Officer I

The Sports Wagering Division (SWD) of the Mass Gaming Commission provides regulatory oversight of sports wagering activities within the Commonwealth and ensures compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 23N and the related 205 CMRs governing sports wagering. The Compliance Officer I is assigned to and supervised by the Sports Wagering Compliance and Operations Managers and/or Compliance Officers of a higher level. The Compliance Officer I is important in ensuring compliance with regulations, operator reporting and audit functions.
