Job Overview
We are seeking reliable Spotters to support field technicians on-site during lift operations and other construction-related activities. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment by observing and assisting technicians while they operate lifts and perform assigned tasks.
Responsibilities
Observe and assist technicians while operating lifts
Maintain awareness of surrounding work areas to ensure job site safety
Communicate hazards or unsafe conditions immediately
Support technicians with additional site-related tasks as needed
Follow all safety procedures and site requirements
Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance throughout the project duration
