Spray Painter - Petrochmecial Industry

We are seeking an experienced spray painter to join our team in Cape Town. This role is critical to ensuring high‑quality surface coating applications on bulk fuel tanks, steel piping, and other industrial equipment. The ideal candidate has experience working in petrochemical environments, with a deep understanding of epoxy, zinc, and polyurethane‑based paint systems.

Surface Preparation & Coating

• Apply paint coatings to surfaces using airless or conventional spray equipment
• Use and maintain correct application techniques for epoxy, zinc‑rich, and polyurethane coatings
• Follow work orders, specifications, and quality control procedures
• Conduct surface preparation such as cleaning, sanding, and masking prior to painting
• Ensure all coatings are applied according to required thickness and finish standards
