SQL Server DBA Manager

Our client, a major bank in New York City, is looking for SQL Server Lead DBA. New York City Location. This is hybrid commute, 2/3 days per week in the office. Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in US - NO H1 Visa support for this role. Salary range 190-200K, plus around 20% bonus, plus great benefits package. SQL Server Lead DBA Will be responsible for managing a team accountable for the company's SQL Server database systems ensuring resiliency, uptime, HA/DR, performance, capacity planning, overall monitoring, compliance, and documentation. The ideal candidate provides oversight for day-to-day operational health, incident management, and service reliability across SQL Server database environments.
