Sr. Accountant

Description A growing organization in the Belleville area is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its team in a newly created role. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys owning the month-end process, working across multiple properties, and contributing in a dynamic real estate environment.

Key Senior Accountant Responsibilities:
• Manage the monthly close process for multiple properties
• Prepare financial statements and related supporting schedules
• Perform CAM reconciliations
• Handle real estate tax activities and reporting
• Create ad hoc financial reports and analyses as needed
• Partner with the outside CPA firm on tax-related matters

Senior Accountant Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Prior property accounting experience is a plus
