Sr. Accountant

Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Accountant to support a mission-driven non-profit organization in Brunswick, Maine. This role is ideal for a well-rounded accounting specialist who can manage complex reconciliations, oversee budgeting and cash flow reporting, and contribute thoughtful financial analysis across multiple programs and properties. The position will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting grant-related accounting activity, and helping leadership make informed decisions in a dynamic operating environment.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review budgets, allocation schedules, and cash flow forecasts to support sound financial planning across programs and properties.
• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations, maintain accurate trial balances, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
