Sr. Air Freight Operations - Import

Overview

Scope: Effective coordination and execution of airfreight operations and pricing in line with the PSA BDP standard procedure.

Responsibilities

• Pricing
  • Airfreight rate negotiation.
  • Monitor and data maintenance of quotations and win-loss ratio
  • Keep track record for airline contract rates (validity/expiry)
  • Maintain healthy relation with partners.
• Operation
  • Inbound Shipment Management: Oversee and execute the daily operations of air import shipments from origin to final destination delivery, ensuring optimal routing, cost efficiency, and tracking.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Review, prepare, and process essential import documentation, including Air Waybills (HAWB/MAWB), Delivery Orders, Customs Entries, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists
  • Customs & Regulatory Coordination: Coordinate closely with Customs Brokers to ensure timely customs clearance. ...
