Your Team 

You will be part of a dynamic Loan Syndication team responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of syndicated loans. The team works closely with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure seamless transaction processing, compliance, and timely resolution of exceptions. Collaboration, accuracy, and process efficiency are key priorities within the team.

Your Role 

As a Senior Analyst – Loan Syndication, you will take ownership of executing critical loan lifecycle events such as Deal Closings, Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, Pre-payments, and Trade Settlements. You will perform cash and invoice reconciliations, ensure adherence to SLAs, and maintain compliance with internal policies and controls.
