Lead end-to-end design and delivery of new HRIS reporting and dashboard solutions, from intake and requirements through testing, implementation, and production support, while owning a steady cadence of operational reportsDrive the SuccessFactors Report Stories migration as subject matter expert, and conduct SAP release testing and downstream impact analysis to keep the reporting environment stable and currentIdentify opportunities to retire, consolidate, and streamline legacy reports, and develop and maintain query structures, SQL statements, and data models in alignment with data governance standardsTranslate complex or ambiguous business questions into clear reporting requirements and sustainable solutions, partnering with HR COEs and business leaders to deliver meaningful metrics, dashboards, and analytical insightsServe as a hands-on resource for HRIS reporting tools, onboarding new...
