Sr. Analyst - Tax & Compliance

What You'll Do As a Case Management Analyst on Managed Returns team, you will support customers with tax compliance questions related to the setup, maintenance, and ongoing use of our Managed Returns service. You will resolve customer inquiries, work with partner teams to address issues, and help customers get the most value from the service. Your work will help customers meet their compliance obligations while contributing to service improvements and process efficiencies. Reporting to the Manager, Tax Compliance Services, you will work onsite in Pune, India #LI-Onsite.
