Job Objective:
Implementation of CDU project phases (2.6 and 5 MW).
Responsibilities:
Design and implementation of new work cells for new products based on demand projections and capacity analysis.
Development of work standards, visual aids, and capacity analysis for process optimization (headcount calculation, rate, time study, VSM, 3P, MSWCD) and layout design.
Leadership of projects through continuous improvement and operational transformation.
