Ank ura ’s Construction Disputes & Advisory , Professional Liability & Defective Construction (P LDC) expert team, consisting of Architects, Engineers, and Contractors, perform various technical analyses, typically related to commercial construction disputes, and present our findings in visual presentations and expert reports for mediation, dispute resolution boards, arbitration panels, and in court for judges and juries.
