- Own and operate technical governance for the sub value stream (standards, design reviews, engineering controls, and decision records).
- Ensure solutions align to Group principles, reference architectures, and strategic technology direction.
- Drive pragmatic engineering excellence: quality, resilience, performance, observability, and maintainability.
- Identify and manage technical risk, including legacy constraints and technical debt, with clear remediation plans.
- Partner with Product, Portfolio, and Delivery teams to shape roadmaps and scope, balancing value, risk, and capacity.
