Sr. Associate, Human Resources – Alcon

Sr. Associate, Human Resources is responsible for addressing local organizational challenges with people‑focused solutions that align with Alcon’s mission. The role works closely with business leaders, manages talent acquisition, onboarding, workforce relations and supports strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Align with assigned business leaders to implement enterprise‑level initiatives.
• Deliver core HR services and people processes, ensuring an efficient associate experience.
• Drive business success by mentoring and advising teams on associate experience initiatives, such as the Associate Experience Dashboard and recognition programs.
• Ensure timely execution of all people‑related processes.
• Implement global, regional, or local HR programs.
