Senior Associate OCE – High Specialty Care & Medical Affairs

We are looking for a Senior Associate OCE to design and execute omnichannel customer engagement for High Specialty Care and Medical Affairs, translating brand and medical strategy into connected journeys that deliver real impact. This Bogotá‑based, P2 role works across both Commercial (High Specialty) and Medical Affairs in close partnership with the OCE Analyst, Designer, and the Center of Excellence for content governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build the OCE plan for each brand and therapeutic area, grounded in brand and medical strategy.
• Design end‑to‑end customer journeys across channels, mapped to engagement objectives and stages for HCPs and stakeholders.
• Source, curate and adapt the content for each channel and journey stage, managing the content lifecycle and approvals (PromoMats) together with the CoE.
