Opportunity Description
As part of the planning team, the primary responsibilities of the Sr. Aviation Planner will be to manage the airport planning activities ranging from small to large projects addressing airport development, air traffic control, and land use needs. The planner will develop the preparation of master plans and other planning projects, including inventory, demand/capacity analysis, airfield and terminal planning, facility requirements, alternatives analysis, capital improvement programs, and Airport Layout Plans. This position can be based anywhere within the United States.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (may include but are not limited to):
- Participates in the development and preparation of Airport Master Plans, Airport Master Plan Updates, Airport Layout Plan sets, and Airport Property Inventory Maps.
