We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Benefits Administrator to serve as the organization’s subject matter expert for all employee benefits functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a highly accountable environment, enjoys owning processes from start to finish, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional employee experience through precision, follow-through, and strong partnership across the business.


This individual will act as the primary point of contact for employees, HR Business Partners, Finance, and all external benefits vendors, carriers, brokers, and leave administrators.
