Opportunity Description
The incumbent of the position shall handle Brand and P&L for assigned
FMCG categories.
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and execute long-term category strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
• Oversee the lifecycle of products within the category
• Drive innovation and new product development in collaboration with R&D and other stakeholder teams.
• Manage category budgets, pricing, and profitability.
• Monitor and improve gross margins and cost structures.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and other stakeholder to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
• Define and implement channel-specific strategies.
• Leverage consumer research and data analytics to guide decision-making.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
