Sr Business Analyst

**Position Purpose:**

The Sr. Business Analyst plays a critical role at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution for Home Depot Installation Services (HDIS). This role is responsible for defining how installation work is scoped, priced, and executed-ensuring consistency, operational clarity, and financial performance across the business. Partnering across merchandising, field operations, and systems, the Sr. Business Analyst translates real-world complexity into standardized labor definitions, pricing structures, and scalable processes.

This role goes beyond reporting to drive outcomes. The Sr. Business Analyst uses data to identify meaningful business problems, translate root causes into actionable solutions, and influence decisions that improve margin, consistency, and execution.
