You’ll lead end-to-end IC operations, co-create requirements with global stakeholders, and deliver the insights that drive our field force forward.
The Position
As an Associate Business Analyst/ Business Analyst, you will manage the Incentive Compensation operations and strategy, ensuring incentive delivery is accurate, timely, and insight-driven, while translating stakeholder needs into practical analytics and operational outcomes.
