Close deals with potential clients by promoting what Callbox can offer to the betterment of their business processes. Interact and negotiate with clients and adjust proposed packages to suit client demands, ensuring a guaranteed Closed Won.

Qualifications

• Experience of at least three (3) years as a Business Development Manager for a company in a related field.
• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Amenable to work in an office-based setup.
• Sales/Marketing experience is a plus but not required.

• Hit or exceed a set sales monthly quota and a fixed revenue per lead target.
