Sr Client Admin Analyst

Description

This position is accountable for the overall facilitation of Columbia Threadneedle Institutional client and account on-boarding activities across multiple operations and business units to ensure for a successful client experience. In addition, the role will also provide support in maintenance and off-boarding of client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the Ameriprise Trust Company, perform the day-to-day function of independently leading the onboarding of client accounts through gathering account instructions, assessing impact, communicating requirements, tracking implementation and managing record retention.

Facilitate and ensure account activity is achieved with quality, accuracy and within established service levels.

Provide coordination across various business and operations teams to ensure alignment and readiness for client facing events.
