Sr Compliance Data & Reporting Analyst

Job Purpose

The Sr Compliance Data & Reporting Analyst serves as a data specialist who builds, administers, and analyzes internal ethics‑related metrics to promote a culture of ethics and compliance across Assurant. General activities include creation and maintenance of a suite of Ethics‑related PowerBI dashboards, the preparation of data‑driven insights for internal and leadership stakeholders, and supporting team initiatives. This position will work closely with the AVP, Ethics & Compliance and internal partners in Legal, HR, and Compliance to build and implement data analytics structures that will ensure compliance with Assurant’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains PowerBI dashboards covering all areas of the Ethics program, including investigations, conflicts of interest, training, and awareness activities.
• Provides data analysis support to Ethics & Compliance investigations.
