Sr. Contract Analyst (Analytical and Data interpretation skills)

The role of the Sr. Contract Analyst will be responsible for facilitating contracting including active contract review, analysis, redlining, negotiation. It will be key for this individual to support collaboration across multiple locations with cross-functional stakeholders, including Legal, Global Process Owners, and other important cross-functional teams. It will also be key for this individual to manage and handle escalations in the contracting process.

Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Lead contract facilitation process for contracts
• Serve as escalation point for approximately 5 Sourcing Excellence (“SE”) contract facilitators for template questions, redlines to contract terms, and other process items.
