Sr Corporate Counsel - Corporate Services (Real Estate)

**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Senior Corporate Counsel – Corporate Services (Real Estate) is responsible for providing real estate legal advice and transactional support for the Company’s real estate portfolio. The incumbent will provide legal services and play a critical role supporting the Company’s operations in the environmental services industry throughout the United States and Canada.

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Provides legal and professional support to Company personnel regarding all aspects of real estate matters for the Company’s operations (real estate, construction, and facilities management transactions, land use and development).
+ Reviews, drafts, structures, and negotiates complex transactional documents, including real estate purchase and sale documents, lease documents, easements, construction agreements, sales in lieu of condemnation, nondisclosure agreements, term sheets and letters of intent.
