Sr. Corporate Counsel, Privacy and Data Security

**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Senior Corporate Counsel - Privacy and Data Security is responsible for managing and providing legal counseling and advice to the Company on privacy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI) and other related legal matters.

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Provides legal and professional support for legal and regulatory matters related to privacy, data security, and AI adoption and governance.
+ Collaborates with the Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, and AI Governance teams to provide legal guidance supporting the development and maintenance the Company’s privacy compliance program.
+ Negotiates, drafts, reviews, and modifies contracts and other legal documents, with a focus on privacy, AI, and information security.
+ Reviews, drafts, and maintains company privacy policies, notices, and consents.
