Looking for an experienced Senior Cost Controller to join our client's growing team.

• Monitor and control project costs across multiple construction projects
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses
• Track budgets, commitments, and cash flow
• Review subcontractor valuations and change orders
• Support project teams in cost optimization and financial performance
• Ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting to management

• 8-12+ years of experience in cost control within the construction industry or real estate development projects
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting
