Sr. Credit Specialist - Mexico

OverviewThe Sr.
Credit Specialist is responsible for managing a customer portfolio to prevent delinquency of the Mexico segment accounts receivable, investigate and resolve customer allowance and chargeback claims, and ensure billing compliance with Mexico CFDI requirements.Responsibilities- Resolve, collect, and manage customer receivable accounts, outstanding invoices, and claims utilizing internal and external resources including personal visits with customer representatives.
- Generate tax‐compliant billing of customer accounts and ensure proper EDI receipt consistent with Mexico CFDI requirements.
- Facilitate, research, and analyze allowance or chargeback deductions taken by customers, coordinating with sales managers or functional specialists, and resolve through credit memo issuance or chargeback to customer.
- Prepare credit memos and/or adjustments for manager approval, gathering and presenting all required documentation.
